ROCKDALE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, TEXAS

The Rockdale Municipal Development District (“District”) is soliciting and will accept sealed bids for the immediate cash sale of real property (“Property”) consisting of approximately one hundred ten (110.362) acres of land for residential development (described more fully in Bid Packet), and generally described as follows:

  • Raw land, approximately 110 acres with frontage on FM 487 north of the City of Rockdale in in Milam County, Texas, being a part of the Thomas J. Chambers Survey, Abstract No. 7, and a part of the Timothy S.  Arnett Survey, Abstract No.  74.

The Minimum Bid is EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($883,000). All bid offers must be in writing on an official Bid Form and addressed to Kara Z.
