Also, the annual audits are listed on this page. Each year, the Rockdale Municipal Development District board of directors engages with an independent auditor who creates an audit report. Each year since the 2021 audit, the Rockdale MDD has come back with a ‘clean audit’. This is also known as an unqualified, or unmodified, opinion, and is the best possible outcome for an audit report. It indicates that the auditor found no material misstateents in the financial records and that the records are free of material errors or discrepancies.
A clean audit report is a positive outcome that reflects the organization’s commitment to financial integrity, accountability, and transparency.
