Meeting agendas are posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act (Texas Government Code, Chapter 551).
All meetings are open to the public. Each meeting also has a Citizens Comment section where any interested party may address the Board. Anyone may also sign up to speak on a particular agenda item.
