Here you will find the City's Comprehensive Plan, which includes the Parks Master Plan, along with the MDD's economic development strategic plan, our target industries list, and The Perryman Group's study of growth along the Highway 79 corridor. The City's Water and Sewer Master Plan is currently underway and will be posted once it's complete.

Regional Economic Studies

The Perryman Group projects that if the Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics Campus at the former Alcoa site develops as planned, Rockdale could gain about 42,000 residents and need roughly 19,800 new housing units.

Adopted by the City of Rockdale in July 2024. Each chapter is a separate PDF. The Parks Master Plan is split into three parts to keep the files a manageable size.
